What is PenjanaKerjaya Program?
Penjana Kerjaya, which is under the PENJANA scheme, is aimed at boosting job demands among employers and increasing job opportunities and employability among local job seekers (Malaysian Citizens) via hiring and training incentives to combat rising unemployment and aid organizations to hire and grow.

How to
WHERE TO START?
1. HIRING
Have you hired new employees starting 15th June 2021? If yes, you are eligible to apply for Penjana Kerjaya 3.0 Hiring and Training Incentive. Feel free to get in touch to understand the eligibility criteria. Alternatively, you can visit Pemulih website here.
If you have not started your hiring, do not worry! We will be happy to help and guide you through your hiring and application process.
2. ELIGIBILITY & SELECTION
Having the experience of helping many clients, we will be delighted to assist you with your application for this program. We will help to check all your employee’s eligibility to for submission to PERKESO. While your documents are being processed by PERKESO, we will help you to customize the most impactful training outline for your employee that suits their job roles. The entire process usually takes about two week.
3. TRAINING & INCENTIVE
Congratulations! At this stage, your HIRING & TRAINING INCENTIVE is approved. Now, we can proceed to finalize your training schedule for Online or In-person set up. Please note that we will follow MKN guidelines and instructions to determine if in-person events can be rendered. Upon completing the training, your participants will receive an official certificate from our certification partner (Segi University College) and a training completion cash reward (T&C Applied).
