Over 25 years, he has left an indelible mark across diverse industries. Notably, Sulaiman led Labuan Financial Services Authority (Labuan FSA) transformation projects since 2011, leaving a lasting impact as the former Head of HR/Internal Consultant. Currently spearheading consulting projects and serving as a Business Coach for State Economic Development Corporation subsidiaries, Sulaiman remains dedicated to shaping high-performance organizations.
